This four-stage curriculum takes a complete beginner from shop-floor literacy all the way to advanced CNC programming, metrology, and an informed understanding of where human skill fits in an increasingly automated industry. Each stage builds on the last: you must be able to read a print before you can program a part, and you must understand tolerances before metrology tools make sense. Expect roughly 10–14 months of serious study alongside hands-on practice.
